In the afternoon of Tuesday, March 30. 2021, Most Rev. Metropolitan Chryssostomos of Halkis, following an invitation by the Principal, Mr Ioannis Arnis, granted an interview to the pupils of the last (6th) grade of the 2nd Primary School of Vassilikon, who, encouraged by their teachers, in the context of the celebration of the bicentenary of our National Palingenesia (i.e. Regeneration), studied the personality and the offering of the late Archbishop of Evripos, Gregorios Argyrokastritis, so that they may subsequently present the life of that heroic Hierarch in the form of a school documentary.

The ambiance of the tele-meeting was particularly agreeable and the pupils submitted questions to the point regarding the contribution of Archbishop Gregorios, as well as his legacy to the Greeks of the following generations, while thereafter the Principal of the School and the teachers in charge of the sections of the 6th grade thanked the Most Rev. Metropolitan, who was pleasantly surprised at the end, when the pupils had the last say and recited poems regarding our national anniversary for their Bishop.
