Page markers from the Metropolitanate of Hios for 1821

The Holy Metropolitanate of Hios, Psara and Oinoussai had coloured page markers printed depicting heroes (such as Saint Gregory V, Laskarina Bouboulina, Markos Botsaris, Athanassios Diakos, Theodoros Kolokotronis and Constantinos Kanaris) and events (such as the Massacre of Hios, the Exodus from Missolonghi, Holy Lavra and the Secret School) of the Greek Revolution of 1821, at the initiative of Most Rev. Metropolitan Markos. They also bear a corresponding text printed on them as an offer to our youth, so that it may not forget the history of the National Palingenesia.
